A few tips: don't ask wazup or anuyone to look at your app as this will give you less chance of getting helper.

Do not ask and ask for the helper rank. End result you don't get the rank.

If you get the rank you must keep to your duties and do not use your powers for the wrong.

If you get the rank do not boast about it it is pointless and you will put your rank in danger.

Having the helper rank or any rank is a job and is not to be messed around with.

Follow this and you should be good to go! Make sure you lsiten to higher members of staff and follow what is told of you.
