What would you do if you saw a donor abusing: first give him a warning then if he or she keeps doing it i would do /abuse (name) and i will tell the owner when he gets on next. 

What will you do if you saw a member asking for help:  i will try to help them if i knew what they need help on or i would ask other staff to help them if i don't know what they mean.
